    If an item is oversold or becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative solution.

    3. Preorders

    When placing a preorder, you acknowledge the following:

    • Estimated release and shipping dates may vary.

    • Full payment is required at checkout.

    • Preorders are final — no cancellations or refunds unless the product is unavailable.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or postal services.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    We currently ship within Australia.
    Processing time is 1–4 business days for in-stock items.

    To other states (e.g., VIC, QLD, SA, WA): 3–6 business days
    Preorder items will ship once stock arrives.
    Tracking will be provided via email once shipped.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    All sales are final.
    We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

    • You received the wrong item

    • We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns

    • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

    • Provide your order number and clear photos

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind, late preorder arrivals, or accidental orders.
